Welcome to Lethis (“we”, “us”, “our”). Lethis is a nightly mind-reset application that helps
you write down what’s on your mind, get AI-powered insights, and wind down for sleep. This Privacy Policy explains
how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application.
Lethis is operated by Ege Baran Çakan, a sole proprietor registered in Turkey.
By using Lethis, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
a) Account Information
An account is optional. You can use Lethis without creating one.
The name you choose. Lethis asks what it should call you. You can leave it empty. The name
is stored on your device, and also in your profile if you are signed in. It appears in the app’s greeting and
is given to the AI service in §4 so your persona can address you by it. You can change or clear it in the
“You” tab.
If you sign in, we use Sign in with Apple only. We receive your email address (this may be
an Apple private relay address) and, if you choose to share it, your Apple account name.
If you do not sign in, your data is stored under a temporary anonymous identifier that is not connected to
your email or any other identity.
b) Content You Create
Brain dump entries (your written thoughts)
AI conversations with personas (Lethe mode)
Priorities and released items
Mood ratings (1–5 scale)
Ritual data (whether you completed a breathing exercise, which sleep sound you used)
Custom persona configurations and the generated portrait (Pro feature)

d) Usage Events
We record a small number of product interaction events — for example: the app was opened, a writing screen was
opened, a subscription screen was shown, a purchase failed.
These events are structurally limited: the event names come from a fixed list, the fields come from a fixed
list, and values are limited to numbers, true/false, or short labels of at most 32 characters.
Text you write cannot enter this channel. Events are stored with your user ID and with a random
installation identifier that we generate (it is not your device’s hardware identifier and it disappears when you
delete the app).
We also keep a usage record for each AI request: which feature made it, which model answered, how many tokens it
used, what it cost and how long it took. These records never contain text — neither what you wrote
nor what the AI answered. We use them to keep the service affordable.
e) Technical Data
If you allow notifications, a push token so that we can deliver them
Your platform (iOS or Android)
If you sign in with Apple, a token that lets us revoke your Apple sign-in when you delete your account. It is
stored where only our server can read it and is never exposed to the app.
We do NOT collect:
Your location
Your camera, photos, microphone, or contacts
Crash reports or performance metrics. A lightweight performance log stays on your device and
is only shared if you explicitly export it yourself.
Browsing or search history outside the app
Advertising identifiers. Lethis contains no advertising SDK and does not track you across other companies’
apps or websites.
Your payment card details. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your card.
Your Face ID / Touch ID data. Biometric verification happens on your device; we only receive a yes/no
answer.
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide the service: Storing your entries, generating AI responses, tracking your
progress
To personalize your experience: Adapting AI persona tone, breathing patterns, sound
recommendations
To send notifications: Morning summary, night ritual, gentle check-ins (only with your
permission)
To improve Lethis: Understanding where people get stuck, using the usage events described in
§2(d). Your written content is never part of this.
To process payments: Managing your subscription through RevenueCat and Apple

Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary to deliver the feature.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content for advertising.
5. The Website (lethisapp.com)
Sections 1–4 describe the mobile app. This website is separate software and processes the following:
Vercel — hosting. Standard server request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) are
kept for security and reliability.
PostHog — product analytics on the website only. We record page views and a small set of
interaction events: call-to-action clicks, waitlist form submissions and language switches. It runs
cookieless, honours Do Not Track, and does not identify you. It is not used inside the app.
Resend — if you join the waitlist, your email address is processed to send you a
confirmation and one launch email, and to notify us of the signup. The address is stored in Supabase. You can
ask us to remove it at any time.
6. Hypnos Mode — Extra Privacy
Hypnos Mode entries are treated with additional sensitivity:
Turn to Ash: when you close a Hypnos session this way, the text you burned is never stored.
Only the fact that a session happened is recorded. Note that while the session is open, the text is sent to
the AI service in §4 to produce the keeper’s response.
Seal: if you choose to keep the session, it can be locked behind Face ID / Touch ID
(Settings → Security).
Auto-delete: you can set Hypnos sessions to be deleted automatically after 30 or 90
days.
7. Data Retention
Free plan: the last 7 days of your history are visible in the app. Older entries are not
deleted — they become visible again if you upgrade to Pro.
Pro plan: your data is retained as long as your account is active.
Auto-delete: Hypnos sessions can be automatically deleted after 30 or 90 days (your
choice).
Account deletion: deleting your account removes your entries, settings, artwork,
subscription record, and profile immediately, and revokes your Apple sign-in. Residual copies may persist
briefly in encrypted backups.
Image backups: we keep a backup copy of the images stored in the app with Cloudflare (see
§4). If an image is replaced or deleted, its previous copy stays in the backup for up to 30 days and is then
deleted automatically. When you delete your account, your backup copies are deleted at the same time.
Usage events: the events described in §2(d) are automatically deleted after 180 days.
AI usage records: automatically deleted after 180 days. If you delete your account, your user
ID is removed from them; until then they remain only as anonymous cost totals.
Anonymous use: anonymous records that contain no content are automatically deleted after 30
days.
8. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You have the right to:
Access your personal data — email us and we will send you a machine-readable copy
Portability — the same copy, in JSON
Correct inaccurate data (edit your profile and settings in the app)
Delete your account and all associated data (in the app: “You” tab → Delete Account), or by
request
Restrict how we process your data — you can turn notifications off in Settings, and persona
memory (“Bond”) off in the You tab. To stop the usage events described in §2(d), email us and we will disable
them for your account.
Row-level security (only you can access your data)
Supabase service uses ISO 27001 certified infrastructure
While we use industry-standard security, no method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
Lethis is not intended for users under 13 (or 16 in EU jurisdictions). We do not knowingly
collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will
delete it.
11. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence (Supabase regions: EU, US). We ensure
adequate protection through:

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We’ll notify you via:
In-app banner for material changes
Email for significant changes
Updated “Last Updated” date at the top
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Giriş
Lethis’e hoş geldiniz (“biz”). Lethis, gece zihninizi sıfırlamanıza yardımcı olan bir mobil
uygulamadır — kafanızdakileri yazarsınız, yapay zekâ destekli içgörüler alırsınız ve uyku öncesi sakinleşirsiniz.
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamayı kullandığınızda kişisel bilgilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve
korunduğunu açıklar.
Lethis, Türkiye’de kayıtlı bir şahıs şirketi olan Ege Baran Çakan tarafından
işletilmektedir.
Lethis’i kullanarak bu politikada açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
2. Topladığımız Bilgiler
a) Hesap Bilgileri
Hesap açmak zorunlu değildir. Lethis’i hesapsız kullanabilirsiniz.
Seçtiğiniz ad. Lethis size nasıl sesleneceğini sorar; boş bırakabilirsiniz. Ad cihazınızda,
giriş yaptıysanız ayrıca profilinizde saklanır. Uygulamanın selamında görünür ve personanızın size adınızla
seslenebilmesi için §4’teki AI hizmetine verilir. “Sen” sekmesinden değiştirebilir ya da
silebilirsiniz.
Giriş yaparsanız yalnız Apple ile Giriş kullanılır. Bize e-posta adresiniz (Apple’ın gizli
yönlendirme adresi olabilir) ve paylaşmayı seçerseniz Apple hesabınızdaki adınız ulaşır.
Giriş yapmazsanız verileriniz, e-postanıza ya da başka bir kimliğe bağlı olmayan geçici bir anonim
kimlikle saklanır.

Az sayıda ürün etkileşim olayı kaydediyoruz — örneğin: uygulama açıldı, yazma ekranı açıldı, abonelik ekranı

Bu olaylar yapısal olarak sınırlıdır: olay adları sabit bir listeden, alan adları sabit bir listeden gelir;
değerler yalnız sayı, doğru/yanlış ya da en fazla 32 karakterlik kısa etiket olabilir.
Yazdığınız metin bu kanala giremez. Olaylar, kullanıcı kimliğinizle ve bizim ürettiğimiz rastgele
bir kurulum kimliğiyle saklanır (cihazınızın donanım kimliği değildir; uygulamayı silince kaybolur).
Ayrıca her AI isteği için bir kullanım kaydı tutarız: isteği hangi özelliğin yaptığı, hangi modelin cevap verdiği,
kaç token kullandığı, maliyeti ve süresi. Bu kayıtlar hiçbir zaman metin içermez — ne sizin
yazdığınızı ne de AI’ın cevabını. Onları hizmeti sürdürülebilir bir maliyette tutmak için kullanırız.
e) Teknik Veriler
Bildirimlere izin verirseniz, bildirimi iletebilmek için bir push token
Platformunuz (iOS ya da Android)
Apple ile giriş yaparsanız, hesabınızı sildiğinizde Apple girişini iptal edebilmemizi sağlayan bir token.
Yalnız sunucumuzun okuyabileceği yerde saklanır, uygulamaya hiç verilmez.
Toplamadığımız bilgiler:

Çökme raporları ve performans ölçümleri. Hafif bir performans kaydı cihazınızda kalır ve
yalnız siz elinizle dışarı aktarırsanız paylaşılır.
Uygulama dışı tarama veya arama geçmişi
Reklam tanımlayıcıları. Lethis’te reklam SDK’sı yoktur ve sizi başka şirketlerin uygulama ya da sitelerinde
izlemeyiz.
Ödeme kartı bilgileriniz. Ödemeyi tamamen Apple işler; kartınızı hiç görmeyiz.
Face ID / Touch ID verileriniz. Biyometrik doğrulama cihazınızda olur; bize yalnız evet/hayır cevabı
ulaşır.

5. Web Sitesi (lethisapp.com)
1–4. bölümler mobil uygulamayı anlatır. Bu web sitesi ayrı bir yazılımdır ve şunları işler:
Vercel — barındırma. Güvenlik ve süreklilik için standart sunucu istek kayıtları
(IP adresi, tarayıcı bilgisi, istenen URL) tutulur.
PostHog — yalnızca web sitesinde ürün analitiği. Sayfa görüntülemeleri ve az sayıda
etkileşim olayı kaydedilir: buton tıklaması, bekleme listesi formu ve dil değişimi. Çerezsiz çalışır,
Do Not Track’e uyar, sizi kimliklendirmez. Uygulama içinde kullanılmaz.
Resend — bekleme listesine katılırsanız e-posta adresiniz, size onay ve lansmanda tek bir
e-posta göndermek ve kaydı bize bildirmek için işlenir. Adres Supabase’de saklanır. İstediğiniz an silmemizi
isteyebilirsiniz.
6. Hypnos Modu — Ek Gizlilik
Hypnos Modu yazıları ekstra hassasiyetle ele alınır:
Küle Çevir: Seansı böyle kapatırsanız yaktığınız metin hiç kaydedilmez; yalnız bir seansın
gerçekleştiği bilgisi tutulur. Seans açıkken metnin, bekçinin cevabını üretmek üzere §4’teki AI hizmetine
gittiğini belirtelim.
Mühürle: Seansı saklamayı seçerseniz Face ID / Touch ID arkasında kilitlenebilir
(Ayarlar → Güvenlik).
Otomatik silme: Hypnos seansları için 30 veya 90 gün sonra otomatik silme
ayarlayabilirsiniz.
7. Veri Saklama
Ücretsiz plan: Geçmişinizin son 7 günü uygulamada görünür. Daha eski kayıtlar silinmez —
Pro’ya geçerseniz yeniden görünür olur.
Pro plan: Hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece verileriniz saklanır.
Otomatik silme: Hypnos seansları 30 veya 90 gün sonra otomatik silinebilir (seçiminize
göre).
Hesap silme: Hesabınızı sildiğinizde yazılarınız, ayarlarınız, resimleriniz, abonelik
kaydınız ve profiliniz anında silinir ve Apple girişiniz iptal edilir. Şifreli yedeklerde kısa süre artık
kopya kalabilir.
Resim yedekleri: Uygulamada saklanan resimlerin bir yedek kopyasını Cloudflare’de tutarız
(bkz. §4). Bir resim değiştirilir ya da silinirse önceki kopyası yedekte en fazla 30 gün kalır, sonra
otomatik silinir. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde yedek kopyalarınız da aynı anda silinir.
Kullanım olayları: §2(d)’de anlatılan olaylar 180 gün sonra otomatik silinir.
AI kullanım kayıtları: 180 gün sonra otomatik silinir. Hesabınızı silerseniz kullanıcı
kimliğiniz bu kayıtlardan çıkarılır; o süreye kadar yalnız anonim maliyet toplamı olarak kalırlar.
Hesapsız kullanım: İçerik barındırmayan anonim kayıtlar 30 gün sonra otomatik silinir.
8. Haklarınız (GDPR / KVKK)

Supabase hizmeti ISO 27001 sertifikalı altyapı kullanır
Endüstri standardı güvenlik kullanıyor olsak da hiçbir yöntem %100 güvenli değildir. Mutlak güvenliği garanti
edemeyiz.
10. Çocukların Gizliliği
Lethis 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır (AB yargı yetkilerinde 16).
Çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize bilgi verdiğine inanıyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin,
sileriz.
11. Uluslararası Veri Transferi
Verileriniz, ikamet ettiğiniz ülke dışındaki ülkelerde işlenebilir (Supabase bölgeleri: AB, ABD). Şu yollarla
yeterli korumayı sağlarız:
Tüm işleyicilerle Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri (SCC)
Aktarım sırasında ve depolamada şifreleme
12. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikasını güncelleyebiliriz. Sizi şu şekilde bilgilendiririz:
