This Privacy Policy explains what data the Lethis app (“Lethis”, “we”, “us”) collects,
how it is used, and the choices you have. Lethis is operated by Ahmet Bahadır Yavuz.
1. Data we collect
Account data
Email address and display name (when you create an account).
Account creation is optional — you can use Lethis without one;
in that case data stays on your device.
Content you create
The text you write (“brain dumps”), AI-generated priorities and summaries, mood ratings,
streak data, gratitude notes, wind-down/breathing session records.
Hypnos (“cave”) entries can be sealed behind Face ID or turned to ash (never stored).
Subscription data
Subscription status and purchase history, managed through Apple and RevenueCat.
We do not see or store your payment card details.
Camera (“Gaze into the fire” / facial emotion) — optional, off by default
If you turn this feature on, the front camera captures a single frame to estimate mood
entirely on your device. The image is processed and immediately discarded.
It is never stored, uploaded, or transmitted anywhere.
Face ID / biometrics
Used only for on-device unlocking of protected entries. Biometric data never leaves your device
and is handled by Apple’s system; we never receive it.
2. Third parties that process data
To provide core features, some data is shared with the following processors:
Anthropic — the text of your brain dumps is sent to the Claude API to generate
priorities, summaries and persona responses. Sent over an encrypted connection and used only to
produce your result.
Supabase — authentication, database and storage hosting for your account data and content.
RevenueCat — subscription management and receipt validation.
fal.ai — only if you generate a custom AI persona avatar; the personality text you
provide is used to create an image. No avatar generation = no data sent.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content for advertising.
3. How we use data
To provide the core experience (AI prioritization, wind-down, summaries, sounds).
To sync your account across sessions and devices (if you have an account).
To send the notifications you opt into (morning summary, night ritual reminders).
To manage your subscription.
4. Data retention & your rights
Export: you can export your data from within the app (Settings → Profile).
Deletion: you can delete your account and associated data; an optional auto-delete
setting (off / 30 days / 90 days) can also automatically remove Hypnos entries.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing
of your data (e.g. GDPR / CCPA). Contact us to exercise these rights.
5. Security
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Protected Hypnos content is gated behind device authentication
(Face ID). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
6. Children
Lethis is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) and we do not
knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.

Hesap verisi
E-posta adresi ve görünen ad (hesap oluşturduğunda).
Hesap oluşturmak opsiyoneldir — Lethis’i hesapsız da kullanabilirsin; bu durumda
veriler cihazında kalır.
Oluşturduğun içerik
Yazdığın metinler (“brain dump”), AI’ın ürettiği öncelikler ve özetler, mood puanları, seri verisi,
şükür notları, nefes/wind-down seans kayıtları.
Hypnos (“mağara”) yazıların Face ID arkasında mühürlenebilir ya da küle çevrilebilir (hiç saklanmaz).
Abonelik verisi
Abonelik durumu ve satın alma geçmişi; Apple ve RevenueCat üzerinden yönetilir.
Ödeme kartı bilgilerini görmeyiz ve saklamayız.
Kamera (“Ateşe Bak” / yüz duygu okuma) — opsiyonel, varsayılan kapalı
Bu özelliği açarsan, ön kamera ruh halini sezmek için tamamen cihazında tek bir kare
yakalar. Görüntü işlenir ve anında silinir. Hiçbir yere kaydedilmez, yüklenmez, gönderilmez.
Face ID / biyometrik
Yalnızca korumalı yazıların cihazda kilidini açmak için kullanılır. Biyometrik veri cihazından çıkmaz,
Apple’ın sistemi tarafından yönetilir; bize asla ulaşmaz.
2. Veriyi işleyen üçüncü taraflar
Temel özellikleri sağlamak için bazı veriler şu işleyicilerle paylaşılır:
Anthropic — brain dump metnin, öncelik/özet/persona yanıtı üretmek için Claude API’ye
gönderilir. Şifreli bağlantıyla iletilir, yalnızca sonucunu üretmek için kullanılır.
Supabase — hesap verisi ve içeriğin için kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı ve depolama.
RevenueCat — abonelik yönetimi ve makbuz doğrulama.
fal.ai — yalnızca özel AI persona avatarı oluşturursan; verdiğin kişilik metni görsel
üretmek için kullanılır. Avatar üretmezsen veri gönderilmez.
Kişisel verini satmayız ve içeriğini reklam için kullanmayız.
3. Veriyi nasıl kullanırız
Temel deneyimi sağlamak için (AI önceliklendirme, wind-down, özetler, sesler).
Hesabın varsa seansları cihazlar/oturumlar arasında senkronlamak için.
İzin verdiğin bildirimleri göndermek için (sabah özeti, gece ritüeli hatırlatması).
Aboneliğini yönetmek için.
4. Veri saklama & haklarn
Dışa aktarma: verini uygulama içinden dışa aktarabilirsin (Ayarlar → Profil).
Silme: hesabını ve ilişkili verini silebilirsin; opsiyonel otomatik silme ayarı
(kapalı / 30 gün / 90 gün) Hypnos yazılarını otomatik kaldırabilir.
Yaşadığın yere göre verine erişme, düzeltme, silme veya işlemeyi kısıtlama hakların olabilir
(örn. GDPR / KVKK). Bu hakları kullanmak için bize yaz.
5. Güvenlik
İletim sırasındaki veri şifrelenir (HTTPS/TLS). Korumalı Hypnos içeriği cihaz kimlik doğrulaması
(Face ID) arkasındadır. Hiçbir iletim/saklama yöntemi %100 güvenli değildir, ama verini korumak için makul
önlemler alıyoruz.
6. Çocuklar
Lethis 13 yaş (veya ülkendeki asgari yaş) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onların verisini
toplamayız.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler yukarıdaki “Son güncelleme” tarihine yansır.
