Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lethis app, operated by Ahmet Bahadır Yavuz. By downloading or using Lethis, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Lethis is a nightly mind-reset app: you write down what’s on your mind, an AI helps prioritize or simply witnesses, and breathing + sleep sounds help you wind down. Lethis is a wellness and productivity tool and is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or crisis care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

2. Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Lethis offers a free tier and an auto-renewable Pro subscription: $8.99/month or $83.99/year (prices may vary by region/currency and are shown in-app).
• A 14-day free trial may be offered; unused trial time is forfeited on purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (App Store → your account → Subscriptions).
• An optional one-time Custom Persona purchase ($39.99) may be offered.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service (including sending text to our AI processor to generate results, as described in our Privacy Policy).

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahmet Bahadır Yavuz is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Lethis. AI outputs may be inaccurate; use your own judgment.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), Ahmet Bahadır Yavuz tarafından işletilen Lethis uygulamasını kullanımını düzenler. Lethis’i indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersin.

1. Hizmet

Lethis bir gece zihin sıfırlama uygulamasıdır: kafandakileri yazarsın, bir AI önceliklendirir ya da yalnızca tanıklık eder; nefes + uyku sesleri sakinleşmene yardımcı olur. Lethis bir esenlik/üretkenlik aracıdır; tıbbi cihaz değildir ve tıbbi, psikolojik veya kriz desteği sunmaz. Krizdeysen yerel acil servisleri veya yetkin bir uzmanı ara.

2. Hesaplar

Hesap opsiyoneldir. Oluşturursan, kimlik bilgilerini güvende tutmaktan ve hesabın altındaki etkinlikten sorumlusun.

3. Abonelik & faturalandırma

• Lethis ücretsiz bir katman ve otomatik yenilenen Pro aboneliği sunar: aylık $8.99 veya yıllık $83.99 (fiyatlar bölge/para birimine göre değişebilir, uygulamada gösterilir).
• 14 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunulabilir; satın alımda kullanılmayan deneme süresi geçersiz olur.
• Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliğine işlenir.
• Abonelikler, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
• İstediğin zaman Apple Kimliği ayarlarından yönet/iptal et (App Store → hesabın → Abonelikler).
• Opsiyonel tek seferlik Özel Persona satın alması ($39.99) sunulabilir.
• İadeler App Store koşulları kapsamında Apple tarafından yönetilir; App Store iadesini doğrudan biz yapamayız.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmeti kötüye kullanmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı ve yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersin.

5. İçeriğin

Oluşturduğun içerik sana aittir. Yalnızca hizmeti sağlamak için (sonuç üretmek üzere metni AI işleyicimize göndermek dahil — bkz. Gizlilik Politikası) içeriği işlememiz için bize sınırlı bir lisans verirsin.

6. Sorumluluk reddi

Hizmet “olduğu gibi”, hiçbir garanti olmadan sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Ahmet Bahadır Yavuz Lethis kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir. AI çıktıları hatalı olabilir; kendi muhakemeni kullan.

7. Değişiklik & fesih

Bu Koşulları veya hizmeti güncelleyebiliriz. İhlallerde erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Değişiklik sonrası kullanmaya devam etmen güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
